Mrs. Morgan Clifton is new to North Tattnall Middle School this year. She makes sure that students have a safe and healthy environment in which to learn. School Based Health Clinics, utilizing Telemedicine to access physicians, are now available at each school.
VISION CARE
Patient Eligibility
- Patient is 19 years old or younger.
- Patient had a Social Security Number.
- Patient has no vision insurance for routine eye care (including Medicaid).
- Family income is at or under 200% of federal poverty guidelines.
